What role will you play in the team

As a Junior Statistical Analysis Software and SPSS Survey Data Modeler, you will join our specialized analytics and market research cell. Your primary responsibility will be transforming raw survey responses and customer feedback datasets into actionable statistical insights through rigorous quantitative analysis. You will collaborate closely with research directors and data strategists to construct predictive models, perform hypothesis testing, and generate comprehensive statistical reports that drive critical business decisions for our multinational enterprise clients across diverse industrial sectors.

What you will do

You will clean, validate, and manipulate large-scale structured datasets using IBM SPSS Statistics, SAS, and Minitab. Your daily responsibilities will involve executing exploratory data analysis, running parametric and non-parametric tests, performing factor and cluster analysis, and building regression models to identify underlying trends in customer behavior. You will also design automated data transformation workflows, connect relational databases via SQL to pull fresh datasets, and create intuitive visualization dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to communicate complex statistical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Key responsibility

• Perform advanced statistical data analysis, hypothesis testing, and multivariate modeling using SPSS, SAS, and Minitab software packages.
• Clean, transform, and impute missing values in large-scale survey datasets and customer research repositories.
• Develop and validate linear regression, logistic regression, factor analysis, and cluster segmentation models.
• Extract and query structured datasets from relational databases using SQL and integrate them into analytical pipelines.
• Design automated data processing scripts and workflows using make.com and Python for seamless survey data ingestion.
• Create clear, visually compelling statistical reports, charts, and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
• Collaborate with research teams to translate business hypotheses into rigorous statistical testing frameworks.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or related quantitative fields with 0-1 years of experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in SPSS, Minitab, and Statistical Analysis Software (SAS) for data modeling and hypothesis testing.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL for database querying, data extraction, and relational database management.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• Basic programming capabilities in Python or R for automating repetitive data manipulation tasks.
• Excellent understanding of probability distributions, descriptive statistics, and inferential statistical methods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to present analytical findings effectively to clients.
