What role will you play in the team

You will serve as an analytical powerhouse within our quantitative solutions group, transforming complex raw data streams into rigorous statistical forecasts and actionable insights that drive multi-million-dollar business strategies for our multinational retail and financial sector clients.

What you will do

You will clean, manipulate, and analyze massive datasets using advanced statistical software packages, build predictive regression models, conduct hypothesis testing, and deliver comprehensive quantitative reports that clearly communicate operational risks and growth opportunities to stakeholders.

Key responsibility

• Perform advanced data manipulation, cleansing, and exploratory data analysis using SAS, SPSS, and Minitab on large enterprise databases.
• Develop, validate, and maintain robust statistical models, including logistic regression, time-series forecasting, and ANOVA analyses.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from PostgreSQL and MySQL databases into analytical environments.
• Design intuitive and dynamic data visualization dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to present statistical findings to executive leadership.
• Automate recurring reporting workflows and data pipelines using Python and database scripting to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct thorough multicollinearity checks, residual analyses, and cross-validation procedures to ensure statistical model integrity.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Quantitative Analytics with 0-1 years of professional experience.
• Certified expertise or proven academic proficiency in Statistical Analysis Software, SAS, SPSS, and Minitab.
• Strong foundational command of SQL and database management systems like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI, and Google Data Studio for impactful storytelling.
• Demonstrated capability in applying machine learning algorithms using scikit-learn and Python for predictive analytics.

A Day in the Life
