What role will you play in the team

You will play a pivotal role in driving organizational transformation, operational efficiency, and corporate strategic alignment for our premier enterprise clients in India. As a core member of the management consulting practice, you will work closely with senior leadership to diagnose structural bottlenecks, analyze performance metrics, and formulate actionable implementation roadmaps that accelerate business growth and maximize profitability across complex market verticals.

What you will do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve conducting rigorous market research, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data, and building robust quantitative frameworks using advanced spreadsheet modeling. You will collaborate directly with cross-functional client stakeholders to document current workflows, identify strategic leverage points, and design optimized operational processes supported by comprehensive data visualization dashboards.

Key responsibility

• Develop and maintain complex financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate strategic business initiatives and investment opportunities.
• Design, build, and deploy interactive Tableau and Power BI executive dashboards to track key performance indicators and operational health.
• Conduct comprehensive process mapping sessions utilizing Visio and Lucidchart to identify operational redundancies and bottlenecks.
• Formulate detailed enterprise resource planning (ERP) optimization strategies leveraging SAP and Oracle database insights.
• Deliver comprehensive strategic recommendations and presentation decks to executive-level stakeholders to secure project buy-in and resource allocation.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline from a recognized institution.
• Demonstrated proficiency in advanced Financial Modeling, Microsoft Excel, VBA automation, and business data analysis.
• Hands-on experience working with enterprise business intelligence tools including Tableau, Power BI, SAP, and Oracle ERP systems.
• Strong working knowledge of process mapping methodologies, Visio, Lucidchart, and structured project management frameworks.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of synthesizing complex operational insights for executive audiences.
