What role will you play in the team

You will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and organizational transformation. As a core member of our strategic consulting practice, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to dissect complex enterprise workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, and design scalable frameworks that streamline business operations across diverse industry verticals in India.

What you will do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve conducting comprehensive enterprise analyses, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and translating business requirements into structured operational blueprints. You will leverage advanced diagnostic tools to evaluate current-state processes and formulate future-state architectures that directly align with our corporate clients' overarching strategic growth objectives.

Key responsibility

• Execute detailed process mapping exercises to document end-to-end enterprise workflows and operational lifecycles.
• Utilize Visio and Lucidchart to develop comprehensive swimlane diagrams, structural flowcharts, and system architecture blueprints.
• Conduct thorough market research and qualitative studies using tools like Qualtrics and Nielsen to benchmark industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement methodologies and lean enterprise frameworks.
• Analyze operational datasets to identify performance gaps, cost-saving opportunities, and operational risk factors.
• Design interactive dashboards and executive reporting frameworks using Tableau to track workflow efficiency metrics.
• Facilitate alignment sessions with executive stakeholders to secure buy-in for recommended operational transformations.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 0 to 1 year of professional experience in management consulting, business process reengineering, or strategic analysis.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Process Mapping, Visio, Lucidchart, and Market Research Tools.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Qualtrics, Nielsen, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and quantitative data interpretation skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex insights clearly.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is an added advantage.
