What role will you play in the team

You will play a critical foundational role within our management and strategic consulting division, focusing intensely on analyzing existing corporate workflows, identifying operational bottlenecks, and designing optimized process maps that drive enterprise-wide efficiency for our top-tier clients across diverse industry verticals in India.

What you will do

You will actively collaborate with senior management consultants to gather business requirements, facilitate stakeholder interview sessions, document current-state operational frameworks, and construct comprehensive future-state process architectures using advanced diagramming and project management toolkits to ensure seamless strategic execution.

Key responsibility

• Conduct comprehensive workflow audits and operational bottleneck analysis using structured process mapping methodologies.
• Design detailed current-state and future-state process flowcharts utilizing advanced visualization toolkits like Visio and Lucidchart.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with client leadership teams to establish measurable Key Performance Indicators for operational efficiency.
• Track project milestone progress, sprint tasks, and deliverable timelines rigorously utilizing project management software such as Jira and Asana.
• Perform quantitative market research and operational benchmarking to validate strategic recommendations against industry standards.
• Synthesize complex operational findings into actionable strategic presentation decks for executive-level stakeholders.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Possess a foundational understanding of management consulting frameworks, enterprise value chains, and strategic business analysis.
• Demonstrate hands-on proficiency with project management and task tracking software including Jira and Asana.
• Exhibit strong working knowledge of process mapping tools such as Visio and Lucidchart for visual workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with quantitative market research methodologies and data synthesis tools to support strategic advisory engagements.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related management discipline.
