What role will you play in the team

As a Junior Talent Acquisition and Boolean Search Specialist, you will play a critical foundational role in driving our sourcing engines forward. You will collaborate directly with hiring managers to decipher complex technical and non-technical role requirements, transforming them into razor-sharp, multi-layered Boolean strings. Your expertise will uncover top-tier passive talent hiding in plain sight across diverse digital landscapes, building robust talent pipelines that fuel organizational growth and maintain our competitive edge in a hyper-competitive market.

What you will do

You will dive deep into various sourcing channels daily, executing advanced Boolean searches on professional networks, niche forums, and internal applicant tracking systems. Your proactive approach will involve reaching out to prospective candidates, conducting initial preliminary screenings, evaluating cultural and technical alignment, and meticulously managing candidate data within our recruitment platforms to ensure seamless handoffs to subsequent interview stages.

Key responsibility

• Design, refine, and execute complex Boolean search strings across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and professional databases to identify high-potential candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive resume screening and initial candidate evaluations against strict departmental criteria to assess baseline qualifications.
• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination across multiple calendars, ensuring zero scheduling conflicts and pristine candidate communication.
• Maintain immaculate candidate relationship management records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track engagement metrics and pipeline health.
• Partner closely with internal recruitment stakeholders to review sourcing metrics, adjust search parameters, and optimize talent pipeline conversion rates.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field with exceptional academic credentials.
• Demonstrated proficiency in crafting advanced Boolean search queries, X-ray searches, and utilizing professional talent sourcing platforms.
• Outstanding proficiency in interview scheduling, stakeholder management, and delivering exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and HR data management tools like Excel and Google Workspace.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, combined with superior time management, organizational skills, and rigorous attention to detail.
