What you will do

You will leverage advanced sourcing channels, conduct comprehensive resume screenings, and deploy precise Boolean search strings across professional networking platforms. Additionally, you will engage proactively with passive candidates, assess their alignment with client requirements, and maintain meticulous tracking within our Applicant Tracking System to optimize overall recruitment efficiency.

Key responsibility

• Design and execute targeted Boolean search strings to identify niche talent across multiple digital platforms.
• Manage the end-to-end resume screening and candidate evaluation process to ensure high-quality shortlist delivery.
• Maintain and update candidate relationship management logs within the internal ATS database daily.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening sessions to assess candidate motivation, technical fit, and cultural alignment.
• Collaborate closely with recruitment leads to forecast talent needs and refine pipeline strategies continuously.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related academic discipline.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Talent Sourcing, Candidate Sourcing, and Resume Screening methodologies.
• Proficiency in utilizing professional networking sites and advanced Boolean Search techniques effectively.
