What role will you play in the team

You will take ownership of maintaining and nurturing talent reservoirs specifically tailored for our fast-paced IT divisions. Your mandate is to proactively build and manage candidate pools, ensuring swift turnaround times for urgent technical hiring demands across software development and infrastructure teams.

What you will do

You will continuously source, engage, and evaluate IT professionals, maintaining active communication channels with potential candidates. By leveraging recruitment analytics and strategic workforce planning inputs, you will streamline the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Key responsibility

• Develop and maintain robust Talent Pipeline Management frameworks for diverse IT and software engineering roles.
• Execute full cycle IT Recruitment operations including resume screening, preliminary evaluations, and technical vetting coordination.
• Utilize recruitment analytics and MIS reporting to track funnel conversion rates and identify pipeline bottlenecks.
• Establish lasting Candidate Relationship Management protocols to keep passive talent engaged for future openings.
• Collaborate with HR operations to facilitate smooth background verification, reference checks, and onboarding procedures.
• Participate in recruitment planning meetings to forecast hiring timelines based on historical data.

Required Qualification and Skills

Degree in Computer Applications, Business Administration, or Human Resources with zero to one year of experience in IT recruitment. Proficiency in IT Recruitment, Talent Pipeline Management, Resume Screening, Candidate Relationship Management, MIS Reporting, and Recruitment Analytics. Strong multi-tasking abilities and effective communication skills.

A Day in the Life

Your day begins by reviewing the daily MIS report generated from the ATS. You then reach out to engaged candidates in your IT talent pipeline, screen new incoming tech resumes, and partner with the technical lead to refine job descriptions for upcoming software engineering positions.
