What role will you play in the team

You will play a pivotal role in driving our initial recruitment funnel by identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent across various industry domains. Your expertise in utilizing advanced sourcing platforms and Boolean operators will ensure our talent pipelines remain robust, diverse, and continuously updated with high-caliber professionals ready to meet dynamic organizational scaling requirements.

What you will do

You will actively partner with hiring managers to decipher job descriptions, craft targeted sourcing strategies, and execute precision candidate sourcing across professional networks and job boards. Your daily routine will encompass meticulous resume screening, preliminary candidate evaluations, and cultivating a positive candidate experience from the very first point of professional contact.

Key responsibility

• Execute comprehensive candidate sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and specialized professional networks.
• Perform high-volume resume screening and candidate profile evaluations against strict technical and cultural competency benchmarks.
• Conduct initial telephonic candidate screenings to assess technical alignment, salary expectations, and overall role suitability.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate statuses, notes, and sourcing metrics.
• Collaborate closely with recruitment leads and hiring managers to refine search parameters and optimize talent pipelines.
• Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach campaigns, building long-term talent communities for future hiring needs.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated foundational knowledge of Talent Sourcing, Candidate Sourcing, Resume Screening, and Candidate Screening methodologies.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced Boolean Search techniques.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills paired with strong interpersonal relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational skills, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple sourcing tasks simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of recruitment analytics, MIS reporting, and foundational HR operations workflows.
