As a Junior Workforce Planning and Recruitment Analytics Specialist, you will play an instrumental role in driving data-backed talent acquisition strategies. Situated in Nagpur, your core objective is to analyze recruitment pipelines, forecast workforce requirements, generate precise MIS reports, and optimize hiring funnels to support the aggressive scaling plans of our esteemed enterprise clients.

What you will do

You will dive deep into talent acquisition metrics, evaluate source-of-hire effectiveness, track time-to-fill and cost-per-hire ratios, and build predictive staffing models. Furthermore, you will partner with hiring managers to forecast future workforce deficits, map labor market trends, and formulate robust recruitment planning strategies backed by comprehensive data analytics and MIS reporting.

Key responsibility

• Analyze large sets of recruitment data to generate insightful MIS reporting dashboards and strategic talent intelligence decks.
• Collaborate with business leaders on workforce planning initiatives to forecast hiring demands and headcount budgets.
• Track recruitment metrics such as conversion rates, offer acceptance ratios, and recruiter productivity indices.
• Identify operational bottlenecks in the hiring pipeline and recommend data-driven process improvements.
• Maintain centralized recruitment databases, ensuring strict data integrity and compliance with privacy standards.
• Assist in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for the talent acquisition team and evaluate milestone achievements.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Human Resources, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Solid foundational expertise in Workforce Planning, Recruitment Analytics, and advanced MIS Reporting methodologies.
• Exceptional proficiency in data manipulation tools, advanced Microsoft Excel, SQL queries, and HR dashboarding software.
• Strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving aptitude, and deep attention to detail.
