What role will you play in the team

You will play a pivotal role in our Investment Banking division, driving complex financial modeling, company valuations, and transaction structuring. You will collaborate directly with senior dealmakers to deliver rigorous analytical insights, bespoke pitch decks, and comprehensive valuation memorandums for corporate clients across dynamic market sectors.

What you will do

You will execute extensive financial statement analyses, build dynamic M&A models, and evaluate strategic corporate transactions. Your daily routine will involve synthesizing complex financial datasets into actionable investment theses, preparing comprehensive confidential information memoranda, and supporting senior executives throughout live transaction execution lifecycles.

Key responsibility

• Develop and maintain complex financial models including M&A, DCF, LBO, and Comparable Company Analysis.
• Utilize Bloomberg Terminal and Capital IQ to extract historical financials, market comps, and transaction multiples.
• Draft pitch books, executive summaries, and board presentation materials using PitchBook and Dealogic insights.
• Conduct thorough due diligence investigations and analyze corporate governance structures.

• Participate in client meetings and contribute to strategic advisory discussions regarding capital structure optimization.
• Coordinate with legal, accounting, and tax advisors to ensure seamless transaction closing processes.
• Monitor macroeconomic trends and industry-specific metrics to advise clients on tactical market positioning.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field with top academic credentials.
• Demonstrated expertise in M&A Modeling Tools, PitchBook, Dealogic, and Advanced Excel Macros & VBA.
• Proficiency in applying Valuation Techniques, DCF modeling, and LBO frameworks to live scenarios.
• Hands-on experience utilizing Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, and Capital IQ for market research.
• Exceptional quantitative aptitude coupled with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously under extremely tight deadlines.
