Product Owner - Figma Prototyping And Mixpanel Analytics

What role will you play in the team

You will serve as the dedicated Product Owner focusing deeply on Figma prototyping and Mixpanel analytics within our digital product ecosystem. In this position, you act as the voice of the customer, shaping user interface workflows, defining behavioral event tracking schemas, and steering product squads toward delivering highly engaging, metric-driven digital features that satisfy user needs and maximize retention rates.

What you will do

You will drive the end-to-end lifecycle of interface components by collaborating with UX designers in Figma to build interactive prototypes, while simultaneously defining tracking specifications in Mixpanel and Amplitude. You will run usability tests via UsabilityHub, manage Kanban workflows, write detailed functional specifications, and partner with development teams to ensure seamless execution of high-fidelity product concepts.

Key responsibility

• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers inside Figma to construct, test, and iterate upon high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Define, implement, and audit advanced event-tracking plans using Mixpanel and Amplitude to monitor user conversion funnels and feature retention.
• Manage ongoing feature delivery pipelines using Kanban boards and Agile methodologies to ensure rapid, iterative deployments.
• Design and execute targeted user testing sessions through UsabilityHub and SurveyMonkey to validate design assumptions before coding begins.
• Translate complex UI/UX design requirements into precise, unambiguous technical user stories for front-end engineering teams.
• Analyze quantitative engagement metrics daily to identify friction points and formulate data-driven optimization hypotheses.
• Partner with Customer Feedback Tools to capture direct user sentiment and integrate qualitative feedback into product backlogs.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of specialized experience acting as a Product Owner or Product Manager within tech-driven environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma prototyping, wireframing workflows, and design collaboration practices.
• Deep working knowledge of product analytics platforms including Mixpanel, Amplitude, and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with UsabilityHub, SurveyMonkey, and various Customer Feedback Tools for user research.
