Job Description
What role will you play in the team: As a Senior Marketing Automation Manager, you will lead the implementation and optimization of marketing automation strategies to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation tools and processes.
What you will do: You will be responsible for managing and optimizing marketing automation platforms, developing and executing automated marketing campaigns, and analyzing campaign performance to identify areas for improvement. Your focus will be on creating personalized and targeted customer experiences.
Key responsibility:
- Develop and implement marketing automation strategies aligned with overall marketing and sales goals.
- Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Pardot, and ActiveCampaign.
- Design and execute automated marketing campaigns, including lead nurturing, email marketing, and customer onboarding programs.
- Segment and target audiences based on demographics, behavior, and engagement to deliver personalized experiences.
- Integrate marketing automation platforms with CRM systems like Salesforce, Zoho, and HubSpot to ensure data consistency and alignment.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and informative content for automated marketing campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize email templates, landing pages, and other campaign elements for higher conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation to ensure campaigns are cutting-edge and effective.
- Provide training and support to marketing and sales teams on the use of marketing automation platforms.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing automation, with a focus on Marketo, Pardot, or ActiveCampaign.
- Proficiency in Marketing Automation Tools, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, CRM Software, Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, Email Marketing Platforms, Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid, Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Certification in Marketo, Pardot, or ActiveCampaign is a plus.

A Day in the Life: Your day will involve optimizing marketing automation workflows, analyzing campaign results, meeting with stakeholders, and identifying areas to improve lead conversion rates. You will also be researching and recommending new automation strategies.
