Key responsibility

• Develop rigorous financial models and discounted cash flow evaluations to assess long-term corporate valuation and synergy targets.
• Design detailed process mapping architectures using Visio and Lucidchart to identify operational redundancies between merging entities.
• Execute comprehensive market research and competitor benchmarking using specialized market research tools and Tableau dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-functional integration teams to ensure adherence to strict timelines, budgetary constraints, and strategic milestones.
• Analyze large datasets using Excel and data analysis techniques to uncover operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reports detailing integration progress, financial health, and strategic risk assessments.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related quantitative discipline from a recognized institution.
• Demonstrated expertise in Financial Modeling, Excel, VBA, and advanced Data Analysis methodologies.
