What role will you play in the team

You will play a pivotal role in driving comprehensive strategic corporate restructuring initiatives, optimizing organizational cost structures, and enhancing enterprise value for our marquee clients. Working closely with senior management and cross-functional advisory units, you will diagnose operational bottlenecks, formulate turnaround strategies, and execute rigorous valuation models to support high-stakes business transformations across diverse industry sectors in India.

What you will do

Your core focus will involve architecting turnaround frameworks, analyzing complex financial statements, designing robust ERP optimization roadmaps, and conducting deep-dive market research to validate strategic pivots. You will collaborate directly with executive stakeholders to translate strategic business hypotheses into actionable operational blueprints, ensuring seamless alignment between financial targets and execution milestones.

Key responsibility

• Design, build, and maintain complex financial models and discounted cash flow (DCF) scenarios to evaluate corporate restructuring and divestiture opportunities.
• Perform meticulous data analysis using advanced Excel and data visualization platforms like Tableau and Power BI to present actionable insights to the steering committee.
• Evaluate existing enterprise resource planning architectures (SAP and Oracle) to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend modernization pathways.
• Facilitate comprehensive process mapping exercises using Visio and Lucidchart to document current-state operational workflows and design optimized future-state models.
• Collaborate with project management offices using Jira and Asana to track strategic milestone deliverables, manage resource allocation, and monitor project timelines.
• Execute detailed market research and competitor benchmarking exercises leveraging industry-standard quantitative and qualitative tools.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline from a premier institution.
• Demonstrated expertise of 0 to 1 years in management consulting, strategic planning, or corporate finance advisory roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Financial Modeling, Excel, VBA, Data Analysis, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Working knowledge of enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, and enterprise CRM solutions like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong command over process mapping tools including Visio, Lucidchart, and project management applications like Jira and Asana.
