What role will you play in the team

You will act as the frontline brand ambassador and sourcing engine for our talent acquisition department, identifying top-tier talent for diverse corporate roles. Your primary focus is to discover, engage, and evaluate prospective candidates through advanced sourcing methodologies, ensuring a steady and high-quality talent pipeline for hiring managers.

What you will do

You will leverage professional job portals, social media platforms, and Boolean search strings to source passive and active candidates. You will conduct initial resume screenings, phone vetting sessions, and preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate suitability, aligning them with company values and job requirements.

Key responsibility

• Execute deep candidate sourcing strategies utilizing Boolean search techniques across professional networks and job boards.
• Conduct thorough resume screening and candidate screening to assess core competencies, technical proficiency, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews seamlessly between candidates, hiring managers, and panel members across multiple time zones.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate statuses, notes, and feedback records.
• Manage candidate relationships proactively, providing timely updates and maintaining high engagement throughout the recruitment pipeline.
• Collaborate with recruiters to understand specific role requirements and refine search parameters for optimal results.

Required Qualification and Skills

Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a strong inclination toward Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
• Extensive practical knowledge of Talent Acquisition, End-to-End Recruitment, Candidate Sourcing, and Talent Sourcing.
• Expertise in Resume Screening, Candidate Screening, Boolean Search, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Exceptional Time Management, Attention to Detail, Communication, and Negotiation capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume daily sourcing tasks while maintaining recruitment quality metrics.
