Role Overview:

We are looking to hire a team member for our Markets & Operations function in Mumbai. This function will assist with running the firm's brand, marketing, events, business development, and internal operations. The role will report into the Head Markets & Operations and will work on projects that span the full width of the function: co-branded webinars with international partner firms, firm events and offsites, marketing collateral, business development support, and internal operational projects. This is a role for someone who wants breadth early in their career. The ideal candidate is curious and willing to learn above all, communicates well, and brings a working understanding of design, marketing, or branding. You will learn how a professional services firm actually runs, and you will ship real work from week one.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Branding

1. Produce marketing collateral: social media graphics, event invites, presentations, and print material
2. Maintain brand consistency across all firm output
3. Work with design tools and, over time, AI assisted design workflows
4. Coordinate and work with outsourced partners such as graphic designers, event management teams, etc.

Marketing & Business Development

1. Support webinar and campaign execution end-to-end: invites, social posts, and follow-ups
2. Draft LinkedIn content, email communications, and outreach messages
3. Maintain BD trackers and the CRM of the organizations and assist with prospect research and competitive intelligence

Events & Coordination

1. Support planning and on-ground execution of firm events and conferences
2. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and speakers
3. Manage logistics: travel, materials, schedules, and follow-ups

Operations & Projects

1. Assist with internal projects across technology, and process improvement
2. Prepare internal documents, reports, and review decks
3. Take ownership of recurring operational workflows

Candidate Profile

Qualifications

1. Graduate from a tier 1 college in any discipline; a background or qualification in design, management, fine arts, marketing, or mass communication is a plus
2. 4 years of relevant experience preferred; exceptional freshers with a strong portfolio will be considered

Key Skills & Attributes

4. Comfort with consulting style work: structured thinking, attention to detail, and deadlines that matter
5. Some exposure to sales or client-facing communication is a plus
6. Proficiency with PowerPoint and basic design tools; familiarity with Canva, Figma, or AI tools is a bonus
