Summary
Under general supervision (but works independently most of the time) responsible for helping manage a portfolio of projects on behalf of the Project Management Office. The Project Management Office (PMO) helps manage and prioritize a portfolio of key initiatives on behalf of stakeholders resulting in monitoring projects or programs against larger capital targets, managing the demand & supply for project resource requests resulting in reallocating or deploying more resources, and addressing the sequencing of work as needed. This role produces necessary MIS and financial reporting required to support project portfolios.

This is consultant level role within Portfolio Management Office (PMO), with below duties and responsibilities:
Major Duties :
  • Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact
  • May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management
  • Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees
  • May manage daily operational activities and supervise day-to-day work of other team members (but not a formal management role)
  • More technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas
  • Delivers a work product that requires less revision
  • Able to facilitate discussions and reach decisions
Knowledge :
  • More technically sound in area of expertise with broader knowledge of other areas.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
    • In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required on tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Msft PowerBI, Clarity PPM, MS Visio
    • Highly flexible and adaptable to change
    • Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact.
    • Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees.

    Experience :
    24 months as Technical Coordinator/Associate Consultant

    A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred.
