Role Overview:

We are hiring a Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis to drive business finance initiatives, deliver insightful MIS, and support leadership with data-driven decision-making. The role involves close collaboration with operations and senior management to improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Budgeting:

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles
• Track performance against budget and forecasts; provide variance analysis

MIS & Management Reporting:

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports
• Deliver actionable insights on revenue, margins, cost drivers, and profitability

Business & Revenue Analysis:

• Analyze revenue trends, margins, and unit economics
• Support pricing, client profitability, and cost optimization initiatives

Stakeholder Management:

• Partner with operations, sales, and leadership teams to support business decisions
• Act as a finance business partner for key internal stakeholders

Process & Controls:

• Improve FP&A processes, reporting frameworks, and financial dashboards
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance with internal policies

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A / Business Finance

Strong hands-on experience in:

• Financial Planning & Analysis
• MIS Reporting
• Revenue and Margin Analysis
• Advanced Excel skills; exposure to BI tools is a plus
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
