Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced RPA Business Analyst / Automation Architect to drive enterprise-wide automation initiatives. The role requires deep expertise in process analysis, stakeholder management, and RPA solution design across large-scale BPM / BPO environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Process Assessment:

• Engage with business stakeholders to identify and evaluate automation opportunities
• Conduct detailed process assessments, feasibility studies, and ROI analysis
• Document business requirements, process maps, and automation use cases

RPA Solution Design & Implementation:

• Define end-to-end RPA solution architecture
• Work closely with RPA developers and architects on implementation
• Ensure best practices in RPA design, security, scalability, and governance

Stakeholder & Delivery Management:

• Act as a liaison between business teams, IT, and automation COEs
• Manage expectations, timelines, and delivery milestones
• Support change management and user adoption

Automation Strategy & Governance:

• Contribute to enterprise automation roadmap and standards
• Drive continuous improvement and cognitive automation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with organizational and client governance frameworks

Candidate Profile:

• 12+ years of experience in Business Analysis / RPA / Process Automation
• Strong hands-on experience with:
