Job Description
- You will be responsible for identifying suitable commercial retail properties for opening new Lenskart stores in your respective region. Your role will involve retail property search management, coordinating with key partners such as property developers, landlords, project consultants, and property brokers. You will be tasked with conducting location and catchment analysis of new store locations, negotiating, acquiring, and finalizing new properties. This includes negotiating final rentals, landlord scope of works, and liaising with legal for due diligence and paperwork involved in signing and acquiring properties.
- Strong experience in commercial real estate or retail property management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct location and catchment analysis effectively.
- Experience in coordinating with various stakeholders for property acquisitions.
Your responsibilities will also include coordinating with various internal departments until store launch. Additionally, you will be required to develop and maintain a pipeline of growth opportunities, including both organic growth and acquisitions.
