Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads via cold calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and referrals
• Connect with HRs, recruiters, and business owners to understand hiring needs
• Pitch JobsKarts job posting solutions and close sales
• Meet monthly targets and maintain sales records in CRM
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and follow-ups

Requirements:

• 02 years of experience in inside sales or telesales (Freshers welcome)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and target-oriented
• Basic understanding of recruitment or HR tech is a plus
• Must have a laptop and willingness to learn
