HR Business Partner

What role you will play in team: You will act as a strategic advisor and partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters. You'll build strong relationships and help improve business performance through effective HR practices.

What you will do: You will work on various strategic HR projects while also handling day-to-day HR issues, ensuring alignment between HR strategy and business objectives.

Key responsibility:

• Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop solutions.
• Advise on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development.
• Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
• Lead HR projects related to compensation, benefits, and HR technology.
• Support the implementation of HR initiatives across the organization.
• Keep abreast of and apply new employment law changes and trends.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
