Job Description

What role you will play in team: You'll be a vital part of our team focusing on maintaining positive employee relationships and resolving workplace issues.

What you will do: You'll handle employee inquiries, conduct investigations, and implement solutions to maintain a harmonious work environment.

Key responsibility:

  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and mediating conflicts.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee relations activities.

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1-2 years' experience in employee relations or a related role.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
