HR Recruiter

What role you will play in team: You will be part of a dedicated team responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for our clients.

What you will do: You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to extending job offers.

Key responsibility:

• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
