Learning And Development Specialist

What role you will play in team: Design, develop, and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

What you will do: Assess training needs, create engaging learning materials, and evaluate program effectiveness.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps.
• Design and develop engaging learning materials (eLearning, workshops, etc.).
• Deliver training programs using various methodologies.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Maintain training records and track employee participation.
• Stay up-to-date on learning and development trends.
• Collaborate with other HR teams and business units.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in L&D.
• Strong instructional design skills.
• Experience with various training methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in eLearning platforms and authoring tools.
