Recruitment Coordinator

What role you will play in team: You will be a crucial part of our fast-paced recruitment team, directly impacting our ability to attract and hire top talent. You'll work closely with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

What you will do: You will source candidates, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage the applicant tracking system. You'll contribute to improving our recruitment strategies and processes.

Key responsibility:

• Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
• Screen resumes and conduct phone screens
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate status
• Assist with onboarding new hires
• Contribute to the improvement of recruitment processes

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience with sourcing candidates through various channels
