Recruitment Coordinator

What role you will play in team: You will support the recruitment team in the full-cycle recruitment process, providing administrative and logistical support to recruiters.

What you will do: You will schedule interviews, maintain candidate records, and assist with the onboarding process. You'll also help manage job postings and track applicant progress.

Key responsibility:

• Scheduling interviews and coordinating interview logistics.
• Maintaining accurate records of candidates and applicants.
• Assisting with the onboarding of new hires.
• Posting job descriptions on job boards and social media.
• Tracking applicant progress and providing updates to recruiters.
• Supporting the recruitment team with administrative tasks.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in recruitment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
