Recruitment Specialist

What you will do: You will source candidates through various channels, conduct initial screenings, manage the interview process, and ultimately extend offers. You'll also manage candidate relationships and contribute to improving our recruitment processes.

Key responsibility:

• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conducting initial screening calls and interviews.
• Managing the full recruitment cycle from requisition to offer.
• Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Tracking key metrics and reporting on recruitment progress.
• Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Participating in recruitment strategy discussions.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment (entry-level or experienced based on experience range).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
