Senior Recruitment Consultant

What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of our recruitment team, responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment for senior-level positions.

What you will do: You will source candidates, conduct interviews, manage the offer process, and onboard new hires.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for senior-level positions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including networking, executive search firms, and professional associations.
• Conduct in-depth interviews, assessing candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the offer process, including negotiations and closing.
• Onboard new senior-level hires.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on senior-level positions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior-level candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
