What role you will play in team: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, overseeing all aspects of the recruitment process and contributing to the company’s overall talent strategy.

Key responsibility:

• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Track and report on recruitment KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Proven success in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.
