Talent Acquisition Executive

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, focusing on identifying, attracting and hiring top talent for our clients.

What you will do: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance. Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephone interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Negotiate compensation packages.
• Extend job offers and manage onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in recruitment (Entry Level).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies.
