Talent Acquisition Specialist

What role you will play in team: You'll be a vital part of our team, responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for our clients.

What you will do: You'll manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
• Conduct in-person and video interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and experience.
• Manage the offer process, including salary negotiation and background checks.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment plans.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
