Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter- 100% Remote with a minimum of 5 years in talent acquisition.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Human Resources, Recruitment, or a related field, and has hands-on experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Location: Remote (Available during European working hours)

Salary: $1200 USD to $1400 USD

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to offer stage)
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements
• Maintain and update ATS records accurately
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines
• Ensure a positive candidate experience

Requirements:

• 5+ years of recruitment experience
• Degree in Human Resources, Recruitment, or related field
