Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter- 100% Remote with a minimum of 5 years in talent acquisition.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Human Resources, Recruitment, or a related field, and has hands-on experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Location: Remote (Available during European working hours)
Salary: $1200 USD to $1400 USD
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to offer stage)
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements
- Maintain and update ATS records accurately
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
Requirements:
- 5+ years of recruitment experience
- Degree in Human Resources, Recruitment, or related field
- Proven experience using ATS systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Availability during European working hours
- Ideal work from home setup with fast internet connection
Preferred:
- Experience recruiting internationally
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools
