About the Role

We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to manage internal hiring initiatives and support end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments.

The ideal candidate is experienced in corporate recruiting, skilled in vendor management, and proficient in AI-powered recruiting tools and LinkedIn sourcing. You will help ensure timely placement of top talent and maintain effective hiring pipelines.

This is a pure contract role focused on internal recruitment, vendor coordination, and leveraging modern AI tools to improve candidate sourcing and workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage internal recruitment processes from job posting to candidate selection
• Source, screen, and engage candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms
• Leverage AI recruitment tools to identify, assess, and track candidates
• Coordinate with external recruitment vendors and maintain partner relationships
• Schedule interviews, handle feedback, and maintain candidate communications
• Support hiring managers in role definition, job postings, and candidate evaluation
• Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring pipeline and progress

Your Profile

• Proven experience as a Corporate Recruiter or Internal Recruiter
• Vendor management experience for recruitment or talent acquisition
• Proficiency with AI recruiting tools (ChatGPT, sourcing automation, etc.)
• Strong LinkedIn recruiting and job posting expertise
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple open positions
