Josh Talks AI Lab works on applied AI projects at the intersection of language, audio, data, and research.

We are a small team working on ambitious problems in AI. Some of our work supports large-scale AI systems and research initiatives, and we are looking for people who can help us communicate this work clearly and thoughtfully.

We are looking for a Product Marketing / Growth Marketing Associate with around 1-3 years of experience who can help us turn technical work into clear public communication.

This role is for someone who wants to get deep into AI and work inside an AI-native company. Opportunities to work on serious AI products are rare, and opportunities to work close to foundational AI infrastructure are even rarer. This is for someone who wants to be close to the frontier, learn fast, and help communicate work that actually matters.

This is a role for someone who enjoys writing, understands the internet, is curious about AI, and can make complex ideas simple without making them shallow.

You will work closely with the founding team on content, product communication, launch material, social media, website messaging, and research-led storytelling.

This person should be able to take ownership of workstreams independently, not just execute tasks given to them.

You may work on:

• Writing posts for LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and other channels
• Drafting founder posts
• Helping with product and website messaging
• Turning internal updates into simple external communication
• Creating launch and announcement material
• 
  Studying how strong AI companies communicate
• Helping maintain a regular content calendar
• Supporting conference, research, and ecosystem communication
• Tracking what works and suggesting what we should do more of

We are looking for someone who is:

• A very clear writer
• Curious about AI and technology
• Good at simplifying complex ideas
• Tasteful with social media
• Fast, reliable, and high-agency
• Comfortable using AI tools
• Able to research, think, write, and execute independently
• Organized enough to manage recurring communication

You do not need many years of experience. An early-career person can be a great fit if they are sharp, hungry, and write well.

A weak post sounds generic.

A strong post makes a technical idea feel obvious, important, and easy to understand.

We are looking for someone with taste, judgment, and the ability to make people care about serious work.
