Management Trainee Program

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As a Management Trainee, youll be part of an 8-month rotational program designed to give you hands-on exposure across business functions and market segments. Through live business projects, cross-functional collaboration, and guidance from experienced professionals, youll gain valuable industry insights and develop a strong understanding of our business. This program offers an exciting opportunity to learn, grow, and build a solid foundation for your professional journey.

This position of management trainee is based at Mumbai location.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in rotational assignments across different business functions and market segments.
• Contribute to live projects and business improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business operations and customer needs.
• Analyze information, identify opportunities, and support business decision-making.
• Present project findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Actively engage in learning sessions, reviews, and development activities throughout the program.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Full-time MBA/PGDM with specialization in Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, General Management, or related fields, along with a relevant Engineering/Technical degree.
• Open to graduates from the 2023–2026 batches.
• Curious, adaptable, and driven individuals who enjoy learning, problem-solving, and working in a collaborative environment.
