Responsibilities:
Identify and develop relationships with developers and potential clients within the design and construction industry to generate new business opportunities.
Create and expand company footprint and build positive top-of-mind awareness.
Attend industry events and other meetings to stay abreast of the UAE market conditions, competition, and establish relationships with existing and potential clients.
Provide ongoing progress updates on new business development activities and other key indicators to the management team.
Prepare and assist in the proposal process in coordination with marketing and project management teams.

Ability to liaise between Clients and technical teams.
Assist projects director in various administrative and engineering tasks
Assist in planning new marketing initiatives
Developing quotes and technical proposals
Networking and researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
Present weekly/monthly updates and progress on their sales
Assist in creative management of existing Clients
Be responsible for meeting minimum annual sales targets
Expected to meet weekly and monthly KPIs
Requirement:
Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Civil engineering, or related fields. (Or equivalent experience in construction consultancy companies)
Experience in Technical and financial proposal preparation.
Must have UAE market knowledge related to engineering /architectural consultancy firms.
Must be proactive, highly motivated, and goal-oriented.
Ability to do market research of upcoming civil/architectural projects.
Must have excellent English communication and writing skills. Arabic is an advantage.
Must have good presentation skills.
Ability to liaise between Clients and technical teams.
