Associate - Investment Specialist - Multi Asset

As Multi-Asset Investment Specialist (Client Reporting & Portfolio Analytics) Professional within our Multi-Asset Solutions team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare strategy presentations covering performance, market value, analytics, portfolio characteristics, and holdings
• Develop customized client presentations for Investment Specialist review meetings
• Analyze portfolios for positioning, analytics, and performance results
• Produce client performance reports and investment review materials for new and existing clients
• Draft performance commentaries highlighting key drivers
• Deliver regular client updates through pitchbooks and data-led reports
• Respond to ad hoc stakeholder queries with timely, accurate insights
• Implement new reporting requirements to support evolving client needs
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues to ensure accuracy and continuity
• Monitor portfolio guidelines and adherence across internal/external managed portfolios
• Coordinate with Sales, Consultants, and Requests for Proposal teams to meet business requirements

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• At least 4years of experience in asset management and investment banking support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including data analysis and understanding data flows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong automation skills
• Proactive, positive approach with ability to learn concepts and procedures quickly
• Self-starter and solution-oriented able to work independently and as a team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones
• Solid understanding of capital markets and familiarity with asset management keen interest in market trends and dynamics

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Understanding of multi-asset solutions business
• Coding experience
• CFA/FRM candidature is an added advantage
