Investment Banking Associate - M&A

What role you will play in team: You will be an integral part of our Mergers & Acquisitions team, supporting senior bankers on complex transactions.

What you will do: Conduct financial modeling, market research, and due diligence on potential acquisition targets.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop detailed financial models for M&A transactions.
• Conduct industry and competitor analysis.
• Prepare presentations and pitch books for clients.
• Support due diligence efforts, including financial statement analysis and valuation.
• Collaborate with other teams within the bank to ensure successful deal execution.
• Assist in the preparation of transaction documentation.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or Master's degree in Finance.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modeling skills (Excel, Bloomberg Terminal).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
