As a Assets Management Legal Entity Controller, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations. This role offers the opportunity to interact with multiple lines of business and internal stakeholders, providing a comprehensive view of legal entity controllership. You will ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial statements and contribute to regulatory reporting requirements. Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the month-end close process, including legal entity accounting and control, parent/child accounting, and equity pick-up and month end reporting (local and regulatory reporting)
- Conduct month-end analytical reviews to ensure the accuracy of financial statements and prepare various reports.
- Investigate and resolve issues, responding to ad-hoc queries.
- Assist in intercompany reconciliation, general ledger reconciliation and monitor compliance with Legal Entity Control Standards.
- Participate in firmwide initiatives/projects and process improvement efforts.
- Maintain strong controls in close partnership with internal functions and in accordance with company policies and regulatory changes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Chartered Accountant with 4+ years experience or Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience with 6+years of experience
- Experience in accounting and control processes.
- Understanding of financial statement structures, US GAAP/IFRS or any local GAAP and Indian Regulatory reporting
- Experience with SAP, MS Office suite, and/or data and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Alteryx, Python).
- Inclusive leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across different groups and regions

- Comfortable with reporting cycles and strict deadlines
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Chartered Accountant with 4+ years experience
- Experience in Controllership
- Good analytical and communication skills
