As a Trading Services Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in the execution and processing of trade orders, ensuring the smooth operation of our trading and portfolio management businesses. Your work will have a significant impact within your team, contributing to the overall performance of our trading services. Your responsibilities span from supporting order execution to settlement, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all trade activities. You will leverage your developing knowledge of market products and automation technologies to optimize our operating platform. Your ability to manage change and drive continuous improvement will be developed in this role, as you work to enhance our processes and systems. With a focus on collaboration, you will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, while developing your influence and presentation skills to communicate data-driven insights and collaborate in impactful decisions. Your work will have a direct impact on our teams performance and the achievement of our short-term operational goals.
Job Responsibilities

• Accuracy in processing in line with Standard Operating Procedures with no errors.
• Identify & escalate all errors/exceptions on identification.
• Respond to routine queries/complaints on calls/emails.
• Be audit focused in all BAU activities.
• Comply with the firms policies & SOPs.
• Identify opportunities for process efficiency & implement in a controlled manner.
• Exhibit effective communication with key stakeholders.
• Thorough knowledge of SOPs/related check points.
• Perform all work in accordance to department procedures and within productivity processing and quality standards.
• Exercise good judgment and degree of confidentiality.
• Effectively communicate with Managers on problematic transactions or exceptions.
  

Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

• Graduates with good academic record.
• Good PC skills including Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, Power point, Access).
• Good oral and written communications skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure & deadline driven environment
• Able to grasp/learn concepts and procedures quickly

• Advance Excel (viz. building macros) will be an added advantage.
