This is an on-site internship role based in Pune for a Sales and Marketing Intern. The selected candidate will assist in identifying potential clients, conducting market research, supporting sales presentations, and developing customer acquisition strategies. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with the marketing team, managing customer inquiries, building strong client relationships, and contributing to sales and training initiatives. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in a professional setting and develop essential sales and marketing skills through practical exposure.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively manage client interactions and ensure positive relationships.
• Proficient in Sales and Sales Management to support effective selling strategies and assist in meeting business goals.
• Experience or a willingness to learn Training and mentorship skills to effectively convey information and assist teammates or clients as needed.
• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced workplace.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer-focused roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
