Area Sales Manager

Your key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. You will manage and expand the distribution network in the assigned territory while building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners. Ensuring proper product placement, visibility, and brand promotion activities is essential. Additionally, you will monitor competitor activities, provide market insights for strategic planning, recruit, train, and motivate sales representatives, conduct regular market visits, and prepare sales reports for management.

To excel in this role, you must have a Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing, with mandatory experience in the FMCG/Edible Oil industry. A strong understanding of distribution channels and trade marketing is required, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Your ability to work under pressure and achieve aggressive sales targets will be critical to your success.
