This includes Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), supplier lifecycle management, sourcing, e-auctions, supplier collaboration, SAP integration, master data management, Data Lake/Databricks integration, reporting, workflows, and interface management. The role serves as the bridge between Procurement, IT, Business Units, external implementation partners, and system providers, translating business requirements into structured IT project plans and ensuring successful delivery across complex stakeholder and system landscapes. - Lead procurement-related IT projects from planning through implementation, go-live, and stabilization.
- Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, governance, reporting, and escalations.
- Ensure successful delivery of system implementation and digital transformation initiatives.
2. Procurement Systems & SRM Excellence:
- Drive harmonization and continuous improvement of SRM, sourcing, supplier management, and procurement platforms.
- Align business requirements, workflows, process standards, and system configurations across multiple business units.
- Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes through technology.
3. SAP, SRM & System Integration:
- Coordinate integration between SAP, SRM platforms, PLM, MDM, Data Lake/Databricks, BI, and related enterprise systems.
- Translate interface, API, IDoc, data flow, and architecture requirements into implementation activities.
- Ensure seamless integration between procurement applications and enterprise systems.
4. Testing, Data & Reporting:
- Coordinate testing cycles, defect resolution, data migration, reporting readiness, and go-live activities.
- Ensure supplier master data quality, traceability, auditability, and reporting accuracy.
- Support analytics enablement and reporting improvements.
5. Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
- Collaborate with Procurement, IT, Business Units, vendors, implementation partners, and key users throughout project delivery.
- Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, governance reviews, and change management activities.
- Manage vendor performance and support decision-making processes.
6. Governance, Risk & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, procurement policies, security requirements, audit controls, and access management.
- Maintain project documentation and oversee operational handover and post-go-live stabilization.
- Monitor project risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
Required Candidate Profile:
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
