Job Description
- Hiring: Sales Engineer – Design & Simulation Solutions
- Department: Sales | Reports to: Director
- Location: Mohali | Gurugram | Kolhapur | Pune | Coimbatore | Chennai
- Require Sales Engineer with a strong blend of engineering understanding and field sales
- capability to drive business across North Indias industrial belt.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage B2B leads across the territory
- Conduct regular field visits and build relationships with engineering and management
- teams
- Present and demo CAD/CAE software, 3D scanners, 3D printers, and simulation services
- Prepare proposals, negotiate, close deals, and manage CRM pipeline
- Develop territory presence, track competition, and identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate post-sales handover and drive long-term customer engagement
- Achieve sales targets and report performance to management
- Candidate Profile:
- B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical / Production / Industrial). Additional qualification in MBA in
- Sales and Marketing would be an advantage.
- Mandatory 2-4 years of experience in sales of engineering software (CAD/CAM/CAE),
- capital equipment, industrial solutions, cutting tools
- A strong connection with the manufacturing industry is essential.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes like casting, forging, and injection molding is
- desirable but not essential
- Strong communication, negotiation skills, and willingness to travel extensively.
- Should have a strong stage presence and be capable to independently organising and
- conducting sales events like seminars and participating in exhibitions.
- Compensation:
- Fixed Salary + Performance-linked Variable
- TA & DA as per company rules.
