Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a contract role responsible for promoting Kaira Infosecs cybersecurity services and generating qualified business opportunities. This hybrid position is based in Coimbatore, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and nurturing leads, conducting sales calls and demos, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The specialist will also assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating with technical teams to understand service offerings, and delivering training or product overviews to prospects and clients. Ongoing responsibilities include tracking sales metrics, preparing reports, gathering customer feedback, and representing the company at events or online engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex cybersecurity services clearly and confidently.
• Customer service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and provide responsive support throughout the engagement.
• Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, with a focus on B2B technology or cybersecurity offerings.
• Experience in training or delivering product/service presentations to clients, partners, or internal teams.
