We are seeking a Key Account Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Bhilai. The Key Account Manager will oversee strategic client accounts, develop and maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure client satisfaction. The role involves creating tailored business plans, providing outstanding customer service, identifying growth opportunities within accounts, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and deliver high-quality solutions to clients.

• Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving
• Proficiency in Business Planning to develop and implement tailored strategies
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to manage client relationships effectively
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding performance targets
• Ability to collaborate with teams and work efficiently on-site
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field; an MBA is a plus
• Experience in the heavy fabrication or related industrial sectors is advantageous
