Assistant Manager - Project Coordination

Coordination of architectural, landscape, ID, structural, MEP, etc. and release of GFC drawings ensuring uninterrupted construction

Coordination meetings with necessary internal and external stakeholders across design development stages including pre- construction activities like survey, soil investigation, etc.

• Necessary feedbacks and inputs with respect to constructability and codal compliance
• Design basis report, project specifications, BOQ's, project documentation as per project requirements
• Detailed review of drawings with respect to buildability and serviceability
• Study and evaluation of new products, technologies
• Software proficiency like Autocad, MS office, BIM 360 with working knowledge of Revit preferable
• Site visits, progress review and RFI's resolution
• Good communication skills, Value engineering and problem-solving mindset

Candidate with around 7-10 years relevant experience in Project Management/ coordination with consultant/ site/ PMC preferably having Civil engineering background and completed at least 1 complete project life cycle at site
