We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive/ Horticulture to join our team at Kalpataru Limited. As an Executive/ Horticulture, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all horticultural activities within our organization. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute horticultural projects
• Supervise and train horticultural staff
• Monitor plant health and growth
• Implement pest and disease control measures
• Maintain horticultural equipment and tools
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture or related field
• Proven experience in horticultural management
• Strong knowledge of plant care and maintenance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
